Journey to Conscious Capitalism (In Company)

This additional alternative to the conventional workshop is meant for your company's employees, who will have two days to explore and grow their understanding of the pillars of conscious capitalism.

This program has two alternatives for the main presenter and facilitator:

Raj Sisodia, founder of the Conscious Capitalism movement and co - president of the Conscious Enterprise Center at Tec de Monterrey (subject to availability).

 

SPANISH

Francisco Fernández, executive director of the Conscious Enterprise Center, and Gabriel Renero, director of Consulting and Executive Education at the Conscious Enterprise Center.

 

Location

The course can be held at the EGADE Business School at Tec in Monterrey or your company's facilities.

Capacity

It is recommended that at least 25 company workers attend this training. The maximum capacity is 40 individuals.

Duration: 2 days (options for 1 day and 2 or 4 half-day sessions available).

Introduction to Conscious Capitalism

This course will take you through the four main pillars of the model of Conscious Capitalism developed by its founders, Raj Sisodia, and John Mackey, in an environment created exclusively for directors or team leaders looking to understand this approach thoroughly.

The program is led by Gabriel Renero, Director of Consulting and Executive Education of the Conscious Enterprise Center at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

This program can be held at the EGADE Business School at Tec in Monterrey or your company's facilities.

Duration: 4 hours.

Masterclass

Masterclass Liderazgo Consciente

Conscious Leadership

Conscious Leadership is an important part of Conscious Capitalism, consequently we created a program specifically for directors and team leaders.

In this program, we'll help you to identify the fundamental characteristics of conscious leadership, determine which ones are crucial and necessary for your company, and develop strategies for effective implementation.

The program is led by Gabriel Renero, Director of Consulting and Executive Education at the Conscious Enterprise Center at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Higher Purpose

Purpose is what guides a company's motivation, actions, and interactions with all of its stakeholders.
