After entering Tec as Chief Transformation Officer, Francisco was asked to increase and diversify Tec´s income through Philanthropy. In four years, donations doubled (from 15MUSD to 30MUSD). He is also leading Tec´s first comprehensive campaign with an income goal for the next 5 years of at least 250MUSD.
Francisco has held key executive level positions transforming and exponentially growing, profit and non-for-profit organizations over the last 25 years. He has performed roles as Organizational and Talent Development Director at Frisa Industries, Managing Director at Adizes Institute Mexico, he served as CEO for Hombre Nuevo and Guadalupe Radio in Los Angeles, California and CEO at Aula2horas
Francisco earned a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Nonprofit Organizations from the Francisco de Vitoria University in Madrid, Spain, and an Industrial and Systems Engineering Degree from Tec de Monterrey. He has several Executive Programs from institutions such as IESE Business School, Harvard Kennedy School and Stanford University.
He is a certified Adizes Consultant, from the Adizes Institute in Santa Barbara, CA and a Certified Coach from Newfield Consulting. In addition to this, he is co-founder and former President of Comunidar, Monterrey´s first Community Foundation. He is also a board member of Cardiochavitos and Contemos Juntos.
His professional purpose is to serve as a catalyst in inspiring and challenging organizations and the people within them, to maximize their positive impact in the world.
His hobbies are Civic Engagement, Reading and Learning, Basketball, Padel Tennis, Running and Hiking and all of the above better when shared with friends and family.
